  • We offer free shipping for all pre-paid domestic orders.
  • Shipping costs are not included for international orders and will be charged separately.
  • Please note that standard delivery timelines do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as working days.
  • Our delivery time ranges from a minimum of 5 working days to a maximum of 10 working days.

Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email and text containing the shipping company details and the tracking information for your order. With this information, you can directly track your package on the shipping company's website by entering the provided tracking details. This allows you to stay updated on the status and whereabouts of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Non-Availability On Delivery

If our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product to your address, they will return it to us. To ensure smooth delivery, kindly provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the postal/zip code and a mobile number. This information is crucial in expediting the delivery of your order. In case of a non-delivery due to a mistake made by you, such as providing an incorrect name, address, or contact number, any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the user placing the order. Therefore, it is essential to double-check and provide accurate details to avoid any inconvenience.
